Our Retreat Location

Situated just 18 miles from Jackson Hole and close to both the spectacular Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks, this retreat is the perfect spot for those looking for a more laid-back and calming getaway near the relaxing Teton Pass.

Grand Teton National Park

Rising above a scene rich with extraordinary wildlife, pristine lakes, and alpine terrain, the Teton Range stands as a monument to the people who fought to protect it. These are mountains of the imagination. Mountains that led to the creation of Grand Teton National Park where you can explore over two hundred miles of trails, float the Snake River, and enjoy the serenity of this remarkable place.

Yellowstone National Park

Yellowstone National Park is a nearly 3,500-sq.-mile wilderness recreation area atop a volcanic hot spot. Mostly in Wyoming, the park spreads into parts of Montana and Idaho too. Yellowstone features dramatic canyons, alpine rivers, lush forests, hot springs and gushing geysers, including its most famous, Old Faithful. It's also home to hundreds of animal species, including bears, wolves, bison, elk and antelope.

What is a
Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB)?

Sarah shares her experience with LEVARE, our Stellate Ganglion Block therapy.

The LEVARE procedure works to reboot the sympathetic nervous system. By blocking a major sympathetic nerve chain, we can relieve these symptoms.

The same thing happens with our brains. When we spend a lot of time in the flight/fight/freeze, it’s like we have too many apps open. We struggle to concentrate, we’re sensitive to stimuli and can’t get anything done.

Much like rebooting a computer, a stellate ganglion block can reboot the sympathetic nervous system. The procedure is 90% effective for PTSD, which is about as good as it gets for PTSD treatments. There is also increasing evidence that including SGBs with ketamine infusions might be an even more powerful approach to helping optimize our mental health. SGBs have been in the literature for PTSD since 1926.

Ketamine Drip

Ketamine infusions offer transformative results for people with chronic pain, depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Allison Mulcahy, MD is a double board-certified physician and a Stella-certified ketamine and stellate ganglion block provider who offers innovative solutions to people who are searching for hope and relief from their persistent symptoms.

What is ketamine?
Ketamine is an anesthetic that has long been used during surgery. In more recent years, medical experts discovered that ketamine is highly effective in many other situations, including chronic pain and mental health disorders.

What conditions do ketamine infusions treat?
Ketamine treats issues including:
• Chronic pain, particularly neuropathic (nerve) pain
• Treatment-resistant depression
• Suicidal ideation
• Treatment-resistant anxiety
• Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
• Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD

Stellate Ganglion Blocks

Stellate ganglion blocks are like nervous system resets — they can give you a fresh start and help you fight problems like poor sleep, concentration issues, and irritability. At Boost, with our office in Victor, Idaho, double board-certified physician Allison Mulcahy, MD, is a certified stellate ganglion block provider who can help.

What are stellate ganglion blocks?
Stellate ganglion blocks are injections of an anesthetic within the stellate ganglion, part of your sympathetic nervous system. This type of injection numbs a particular major nerve chain that lies within the front right or left side of your neck.

A stellate ganglion block prevents you from being locked into fight-or-flight freeze states too much, which improves your relaxation and general wellness.
